Dominância positiva
Um array tem dominância positiva se contiver estritamente mais valores positivos únicos do que valores negativos únicos. Escreva uma função que retorne true se um array tiver dominância positiva.
Exemplos
is_positive_dominant([1, 1, 1, 1, -3, -4]) ➞ false
# Há apenas 1 valor positivo único (1).
# Há 2 valores negativos únicos (-3, -4).
is_positive_dominant([5, 99, 832, -3, -4]) ➞ true
is_positive_dominant([5, 0]) ➞ true
is_positive_dominant([0, -4, -1]) ➞ falseNotas
0 não conta como valor positivo nem negativo.
