Retorne um array de subarrays

Crie uma função genérica que retorne um array com x subarrays. Cada subarray contém y cópias de value.

Exemplos

Program.Matrix(3, 2, 3) ➞ new[] { new[] { 3, 3 }, new[] { 3, 3 }, new[] { 3, 3 } }

Program.Matrix(2, 1, "edabit") ➞ new[] { new[] { "edabit" }, new[] { "edabit" } }
