Existe um número maior ou igual?

Crie uma função que retorne true quando um array contiver pelo menos um número inteiro maior ou igual a threshold. Retorne false caso contrário.

Exemplos

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new[] { 5, 3, 15, 22, 4 }, 10) ➞ true

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new[] { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 }, 8) ➞ false

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new[] { 4, 3, 3, 3 }, 4) ➞ true

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new int[0], 5) ➞ false

Observações

Um array vazio sempre retorna false.
