Intervalos inclusivos e reversíveis de arrays

Crie uma função que retorne um array contendo todos os números inteiros de start até end, inclusive.

Se start for menor ou igual a end, retorne os valores em ordem crescente. Se start for maior que end, retorne-os em ordem decrescente.

Exemplos

Program.ReversibleInclusiveList(1, 5) ➞ new[] { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 }

Program.ReversibleInclusiveList(2, 8) ➞ new[] { 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 }

Program.ReversibleInclusiveList(24, 17) ➞ new[] { 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17 }
