¿Existe un número mayor o igual?

Crea una función que devuelva true cuando un arreglo contenga al menos un entero mayor o igual que threshold. Devuelve false en caso contrario.

Ejemplos

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new[] { 5, 3, 15, 22, 4 }, 10) ➞ true

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new[] { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 }, 8) ➞ false

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new[] { 4, 3, 3, 3 }, 4) ➞ true

Program.ExistsHigherOrEqual(new int[0], 5) ➞ false

Un arreglo vacío siempre devuelve false.
