Números grandes en inglés

Escribe una función que solo acepte enteros y devuelva su representación en inglés.

• La función se probará con enteros grandes en el intervalo (-1e+93, 1e+93).
• No se usan guiones (es decir, "fifty four" y no "fifty-four").
• No se usa la palabra 'and' (es decir, "five hundred six" y no "five hundred and six").
• Se deben usar comas para separar grupos de números (consulta el ejemplo #3, #4 y #5).

numbers_to_english(0) ➞ "zero"

numbers_to_english(1200) ➞ "one thousand, two hundred"
