Concatenate First and Last Name into One String

Given two strings, firstName and lastName, return a single string in the format "last, first".

Examples

ConcatName("First", "Last") ➞ "Last, First"

ConcatName("John", "Doe") ➞ "Doe, John"

ConcatName("Mary", "Jane") ➞ "Jane, Mary"
