Count the Arguments

Create a method that returns the number of arguments it was called with.

Examples

NumArgs() ➞ 0

NumArgs("foo") ➞ 1

NumArgs("foo", "bar") ➞ 2

NumArgs(true, false) ➞ 2

NumArgs({}) ➞ 1
